Thanks guys for a great few days. This is my 5th year working with the year 12 College Boarders. The programme started back in February with a workshop, and this was the follow up. Friday the 5th was an indoor session where we reviewed previous programme and introduced additional concepts including ‘flexibility’, ‘get on with it’ (shifting from a paradigm of failure to learning), ‘commitment’ (doing whatever it takes) and perseverance (sticking at it). This was followed up again on the Sunday with a full day of rock climbing and abseiling up on the Port Hills of Christchurch.
