60 excited year 10 girls from Christchurch Girls High School. "Making IT Happen" personal empowerment programme. Managing fear, reframing failure, taking ownership, focussing on possibility and giving 100% , were just some of the ideas discussed on the day as well as smashing boards with bare hands.
